Finch Poly Furniture Children's Picnic Table

Finch has introduced wood grain looking poly colors for all of their furniture. This textured finish offers the realistic looking furniture made using HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) lumber. The raw poly material is melted down and extruded in a similiar way that standard poly lumber material is made. The Natural finish is achieved after the extruding process by stampaing an embossed texture on to the poly material. The end result is a stunning piece of poly lumber material that offers real wood looking properties. The extra process costs more and is reflective in the up charge for the finish.

Unlike your standard poly lumber which is solid color all the way through the piece of lumber. The natural finish poly if scratched can show more signs of the imperfection because of the way the embossing texture is applied. The under surface is not the same as the top layer surface you see.
